The retreat takes place in the tranquil Appalachian Mountains of Southern Virginia, just outside Stuart. You’ll be surrounded by peaceful forest and natural beauty—perfect for reflection, rest, and reconnection.

Lodging is not included, but we’ve partnered with Fairy Stone State Park to offer a discounted group rate just minutes from the retreat site. Daily shuttle service is provided to and from the park.

Each day begins with a grounding yoga and meditation session, followed by enriching workshops, nature walks, nourishing meals, fireside group therapy, and evening sound baths or journaling. There’s also downtime for rest, integration, or one-on-one sessions with the psychiatric NP.

Yes! All meals are included and are vegetarian-based, with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. We can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-specific needs—just let us know during booking.

We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, any medications or personal care items you need, and an open heart. Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Absolutely. This retreat is designed for all experience levels. Whether you’ve never done yoga or are just beginning your mental wellness journey, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Yes. All individual sessions are fully confidential and conducted by a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner in a private setting.

Yes! Many attendees come solo and leave with lifelong connections. We also offer a group discount if you’d like to bring friends or loved ones along.


There is limited Wi-Fi available, but we encourage a partial digital detox to fully immerse in the experience. Urgent communication needs can be supported by our staff.
