We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To honor the integrity of our planning while also offering flexibility, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations:

• More than 60 days before retreat start date – Full refund minus a $75 processing fee

• 30–59 days before retreat – 50% refund or full credit toward a future retreat

• Less than 30 days before retreat – No refund, but transfer to another person is allowed

Group Bookings:
If one or more members of a group cancels, the refund or transfer policy still applies per person. Group discounts will be adjusted accordingly.

Force Majeure or Emergencies:
In the rare case that Blue Ridge Reset must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen emergencies, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@blueridgereset.com. Please include your full name and booking details.
