The retreat takes place in the tranquil Appalachian Mountains of Southern Virginia, just outside Stuart. You’ll be surrounded by peaceful forest and natural beauty—perfect for reflection, rest, and reconnection.

Lodging is not included, but we’ve partnered with Fairy Stone State Park to offer a discounted group rate just minutes from the retreat site. Daily shuttle service is provided to and from the park.

Each day begins with a grounding yoga and meditation session, followed by enriching workshops, nature walks, nourishing meals, fireside group therapy, and evening sound baths or journaling. There’s also downtime for rest, integration, or one-on-one sessions with the psychiatric NP.

Yes! All meals are included and are vegetarian-based, with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. We can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-specific needs—just let us know during booking.

We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, any medications or personal care items you need, and an open heart. Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
